From Cardigan

At Cardigan pick up the coast road, the A487 North toward Aberaeron

At Aberaeron take a right turn onto the A482 Towards Lampeter
At Lampeter turn left on to the A485 Towards Tregaron

After seven miles you will enter a small hamlet called LLanio where there is left turn signposted Llangeitho, B4342

At the next crossroads turn left after 1 mile you will enter Llangeitho

Glanafon guesthouse is straight over the roundabout, 50 yards on the left.
