At the end of the M4 Follow the A48 signposted Carmarthen
On entering Carmarthen, at the roundabout take the A40, third exit signposted Llandeilo
at the next roundabout take the third exit A40 signposted Llandeilo
at the next roundabout take the first exit A485 signposted Lampeter,
at the next roundabout take the second exit A485 signposted Lampeter
After approx 15 miles you turn left at the T junction into Lampeter
At the mini roundabout turn right (towards Aberaeron),at the next mini roundabout go staight on
After 500 yrds turn right on to the A485 Towards Tregaron
